That is because Dellstorm's e-mail is bugged. The rest of the HQ members linked to the e-mail still receive your message.

The samp email is linked to all SA:MP HQ members. For every one of them who is unable to receive an email, you will receive one such notification message. The rest will still get it.

Yes, the mail server is currently down because we aren't able to log in either.

This is likely related to the outage of the American webserver too.

That email has NOT been sent to any of the HQ, it has failed for them all. Try and send it again later on when the web servers stop having issues.

AFAIK (unless it has changed already), not all complaints (even valid ones that are acted upon) receive a reply. This is because punishments are done and discussed internally, so as not to turn the matter into an e-penis fest for players who just want to see admins get punished.
Just to advise.
