Reason why you did it: So, yesterday I joined a GTA V multiplayer server for the first time, and, not knowing the rules very well (it's my mistake I haven't read them carefully) I shot a moderator. I was tempbanned for 12 hours. Wanting to play more, I made a new account, to use it while the main one is banned, not knowing that it was against the rules (again, my mistake). The new account was banned for tempban evading, so I just waited for the original one to get unbanned.However, today, when I joined with the first account, it was banned too. No, it's nothing I can do to be able to play anymore, because I have a static ip. I'm sorry I did stupid things, but this was my first time on a GTA server, and I am kind of a noob at single player too. I just want to play following the rules now, that I know them...

The only online game I have played before, except for GTA IV, is Minecraft. On the Minecraft servers that I played on, you are allowed to have how many accounts you want. So, when I got tempbanned, I thought that making a new account for playing 'till the tempban expires will be allright. I liked the server very much, so I wanted to play more.I was kind of impatient. I have read the rules, but not in detail, so I didn't noticed that rule. Also, english is not my main language, not even the second, so it's not that easy for me to read those rules..Usually I don't break rules like that, but, it's the first time joining a GTA server, so it was expected to do noobish things. I would really love to get unbanned, because this is the only server I can play on, because on the others the ping is like 900 ms.
Sorry if what I wrote doesn't make much sense, but, as I said, english is not my main language :) .

Oh, sorry.
So, I logged with the name "georgel", but I used /changenick at the Town Hall to change it to Sirenfal.
Also, I think my serial is banned too :(

You verified your knowledge of the rules about ban evading at the time of this post on 22/5/14. You made 3 accounts that day, and 3 more on 26/5/14. Obviously the rules aren't important to you. You acknowledged them but broke them again anyways even after we told you not to in this unban request.
