Reason why you did it: I was played as police officer 2/06/2014. I saw a suspect and followed him. he was suspect for illegal street racicng. I asked him for surredner and he did it. Then i cuffed him and was about to get to a police department. But another player wis ingame name [TS]Bronckr took my cuffed suspect(i told him that it is my suspect and he cant jail him but Bronckr answered "not anymore") ,took him to a PD and jailed and got his 1000$ payment for job which was done by me!!!!! I followed my suspect for about 15 -20 mins!!! Then i car jack his car and drived for another suspects ,but john_doe spawned at my car and permanent ban me... (and give me my 1000$ which was taken from [ts]bronkcr). I want to be unban! Because it was totaly unfair!!!!!!!!!!!

Reason was "constant rule breaking + lying to administration", but the last drop was carjacking.
Not a full day before this ban, you were temp banned for 2h by another admin for carjacking with note that will be your last warning to stop breaking rules. You just came in front of 2 (two) admins and without any reason carjacked a guy on bike. I mean, what the hell?! And you were warned before that about carjacking.
About your perm ban: If someone does a rule break you need to /report him. As player who owns passport and driving license you should have known that. Taking things into your hands is not acceptable. There are admins to set things right. Responding with rule break on rule break is stupid thing to do, as both of you will be punished. Fact that he did it first doesn't mean anything to us. In the end, he gave you your 1000$ without any problem.
p.s. You weren't chasing him for 20 mins, I suspected that guy and I remember him surrendering pretty fast.
Second part of your ban is lying to administration. I asked you nicely did you carjacked him and you started with story how he wasn't in car. I ain't your babysitter and I got no time to spend on your bs. I am on server to play as well, not only to fly around and clean up your mess.
Bottom line, you've been warned, you've been punished, you've been told not to do certain things and you keep doing them. You ain't gonna play on server if you are going to behave like that.
