Anyone who knows what's the problem about? I need help on this :)

Hey, Hamza.
Your GPU/Graphic card is not supporting the game.
-
What Grap card do you have, what DirectX does it support?
-
You need DirectX 10.0 to make the game work plus you should meat the requirements that are required to make this game run.
-
Ikhm Monica had the same problem with the game i guess.

Intel Q45/Q43 Express Chipset. Dxdiag says it has current version of 11.
-
Try running an update on DirectX, auto update with the game may be corrupted, happened to me before.

I downloaded some recent versions of the directx but while installing them it says that I have latest version of direct x than the one I am going to install.
Is there any software which updates the directx automatically?

Minimum Requirements;
- Pentium Dual Core E2180 2.0GHz.
- Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4000+.
- GeForce 8600 GTS 512MB.
- Radeon HD 4650

- OS - Windows Vista.

I'll recommend you to download this DirectX (http://directx-10.en.lo4d.com/download).

There is a file that comes along with the game. Try digging the folders and search for it.

I've upgraded the PC previous month. The problem is that I didn't buy a proper graphic card and I am still using the chipset card.

It came built in.
The site says that the PC is perfect but the card is causing the problem.
Also have a look:
If you receive the error message: 'Dxgi_error_unsupported ' while trying to play Battlefield 3 or 4, there is likely a problem with your graphics card.
The error message is triggered when your graphics card doesn't support DirectX 10/11. You may have the "software version" of DirectX 11 installed, but Battlefield requires this specific Direct X hardware support.
Most Intel and laptop graphics cards fall in this unsupported category. Please refer to the minimum system requirements to determine what machines will run Battlefield.
Vista players need to upgrade to Service Pack 2 before installing DX11.
Players may have success getting around this error by performing a Clean Install of their graphics drivers.
NVIDIA players can find directions on how to install the NVIDIA Display Driver directly from NVIDIA.
AMD players can find the AMD Clean Uninstall Utility and further instructions from AMD's support site.

Lol the game won't even run with it.
-
Obviously the game is not supported by your GPU (if you look at the pic in the opening post, you'll see it even says it!).
Upgrade ur GPU or don't play the game, that's just the hand you've been dealt :(
-
Thank you for the support guys. I will look forward to upgrade my GPU soon. :)
