HELLO!
I want to change my name and do not like, you did what I had to do in the game / changenick, now tell me that I have to go to the forum.
If I would pass the link, direct link to where I have to do another action? please

I am not sure if it's even possible to change your forum name but as i said i am not sure so you better wait for admins to post here.

When you do /changenick in-game and it tells you to go to City Hall, its referring to the City Hall in-game, not on forums. The City Hall is located near Main GS, in between Main GS and FBI HQ. Check the yellow checkpoints in that area and you'll find it. Also, be aware that changing your nickname costs 5000$.

Well, If you want to change your forum name, you have to contact a community leader or webmaster, but you are not be able to change your forum name without a stable reason. You must have a stable reason, if you want to change your forum name. Otherwise, if you want to change your in-game name. So, as Victor said,

This, and if it's clan/group/family related name change, you can get a changenick for free.

Your name - Belta
Free name - Belta to [EE]Belta or Belta_(family name)
Cost name : Belta to Stefard.

Multi accounting is not allowed on forums as in game.
