Do you have both passport and driving license? not yet

Spoken languages: Arabic, English
Have you ever been banned from Argonath? If yes explain in which server, why and link your unban request: From IV:MP server, due to annoying and not behaving well
Groups you belong to (Law Enf. Agencies, Administration, Clans, Companies, Associations): i dont belong to any of these groups

Why do you want to join COL and become an Examiner? (at least 3 lines): Because im a good player who likes to roleplay and have fun in this game and mess around with people and not just being a citizen i just want but to be like in irl man and do stuff real on the server and being a citizen is better to be a regular man and not being a theif or a robber

I believe that you must have both of passport and license to apply for a COL.
and you need to know the Rules very well , you insulted half of the server players today .
