Guys I can't connect to the IV:MP Server and I don't know why, I bought the full game on Steam and it just says: "Failure to connect to server 95.141.37.186:9995, Retrying..."
This are my System requirements:
NVidia GForce 760 4GB
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz 3.20GHz
8.00GM Ram
Windows 8.1 64bit

Exactly,I had this problem last night.I kept retrying and at one moment my game hangs after connecting to the server,I waited few seconds then the server successfully appeared to be working. Try as I said,if it hangs just wait.

Actually, retry as much as you can.But I haven't experience such problem as you mentioned above.Anyway,my suggestion would be reinstalling the game and the IVMP as well.

Did you tried reinstalling the game and the IV:MP ? Usually reinstalling fixes the problems.

Try this:
I geuss u already have patch 1.7.0.0 or 1.0.0.7 (Forgot the version of the patch :p) but delete IVMP and the folder of it inside Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV.
Install/download: http://www.centralparkgangwars.com/DOWNLOAD/IVMP-0.1-T3.zip (http://www.centralparkgangwars.com/DOWNLOAD/IVMP-0.1-T3.zip)
