Title: /d (Dispatch)

For Police Officers sometimes you want more features. I have thought of an idea that might be cool for pursuits.
In chat it would look like this:

Dispatch: U4 is dispatching from (PD NAME)

Command: /d (PD NAME)

It would take your ID and put a "U" or "UN" in front of it and say where you are dispatching from. Its kinda useless I know but it would be cool for RP. It would be available for Cadets+ I was thinking. If it was available for FreeCops it may be abused.

Thing thing can be rped , usually inside a patrol vehicle there are two officers. One drives and the other uses radio. Thats how it should be , i do not think another script for such thing is needed ;)
