I Can't enter team speak since RS4. The ip i entererd is ts.argonathrpg.com

Some say i been ban from Team speak ? I did not even entered before team speak before and don't know whats inside. Anyone could help me in this problem,I'm from Singapore, i Have asked most Singapore players none had successfully entered team speak
