So my other appeal was closed for me "not having an account linked to my ip" - so it may well be the case that I was never actually banned in the first place, I just assumed it was because of something I did last time I was online. I just tried to log-in with the name "Resealable" but it says that my IP Root is blocked and I don't know why this would be. If you could shed any light on this it'd be appreciated.

I've got a screenshot of it telling me it's blocked - and no, the account isn't registered yet because I couldn't get in.
