Hi, my pc has been recently typing strange/wrong letters and symbols whenever I press them, for example:
Caps lock types in S and s.
A activates Number lock.
M types T.
Backspace types backslash.
And more...
Help pls

Why don`t u change it ?
I have no idea how to fix it P:

The most help you ll have is checking for malware n stuff or checking keyboard language settings, which in this case is not an option IMO since caps is also fucked up. You gotta give more info like
how frequently it happens?
Is it laptop or not?
Do the keys always output same thing(I mean does M always type T or something else when you close pc/after a period pass?)
Does it happen for all programmes or not?
Anything else?
-
That mostly happens to me too. Try to restart your PC, and check the Keyboard settings in Control Panel.

1. Always happens.
2. It's a desktop.
3. They always do.
4. Always happens.

I imagine you already tried Alt+Shift, so THIS (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/change-system-locale#1TC=windows-7) is my next idea.

Alt+Shift (Changing Keyboard Language) doesnt cause stuff like caps work for some other letter or by some random letter , num lock wouldnt get affected... I havent seen a keyboard language like that before at least. :weed: :weed: :weed: :hah:

First of all, Try connecting another keyboard, if this does not work then
Re-install the language you are using, or look out for settings on Control Panel.
This could be a font problem, or either someone set (can be done by virus too) Special character on those keys, resulting in typing a completely false letter than the one you are trying.
Last, try booting into Safe Mode (Spam F8 upon powering up the computer), and see if it happens in Safe Mode too. If it does, you have problematic settings, if it doesn't then it is caused by a virus.
