Title: [REPORT] lacoste

Since i could not find a "report a rulebreaker" board or chilboard, i've posted it here.
I'd like to report "lacoste" for carmods, just see the following video: (watch in 1080P)

This is a bad section to post things like this, simply PM an admin or higher ranked IV administrator, and did you /report in game??

You are an regular player here Martijn,I am sure that you are aware of the procedures to report.If you don't,let me tell you.You can report the rulebreakers while admins are not around by simply sending the high authorities of IV:MP with a valid proof which is proving the rulebreaks.
