Title: Internet has been acting strange lately. And it's only on my PC

Before I start, I'm running on 2-3 bars of Internet connection. It's enough, it was always enough, until recently:

I try to load Google, it doesn't load it. But Youtube it would load. This website works for me, but slow. It's very strange. And if I try to load Facebook, it loads half a page, and then stops. Or doesn't load at all. What should I do to fix this problem?

P.S - It happens only on my PC. Rest of the PC's at my place are just fine.

All of them. Same results in all of them - Opera (My main), Chrome, Mozila and Internet Explorer

It's getting worse and worse guys please help. Now argo starts to load in a weird way

I'm not entirely sure but try checking your system's date. The same thing happened to me a while ago.
