What did you do prior it started?

It's either graphics card or your display, former being more likely. You have another display to test on your PC?

I thought that's the problem with my screen, and I changed it. It didn't occurred for some time and then it started again.

1. Corrupted Windows 8 installation with/or corrupted graphics drivers.. Darn pirate hurrr.
2. Graphics card's screwed
3. Something messed up during installation
4. PC monitor cord port is messed up.

Yes, I've correct drivers for my graphic card, but didn't upgraded those since I've installed it. Any link from which I can upgrade my graphic drivers?

Tell us what graphics card you have, then we can help you find suitable drivers.

NVIDIA GeForce 210.

The problem is still there.
