Please carefully read the topic before applying for a loan, it's very important for you to understand all the terms and conditions correctly.

Conditions for applying for a loan from Lucchese Bank:
- Must have been an Argonath Citizen for a minimum of 1 month
- Must have a passport
- Net value of properties(businesses/vehicles/houses) and cash in hand must be at least equal to the amount you wish to loan, in order to secure payment in case of trial.
Details:
- Maximum Loan Duration of 4 weeks (28 days)
- Minimum Loan Amount is: 10.000$
- Maximum Loan Amount is: 5.000.000$
Rules and Conditions:
- If the Loan is not paid back in the Time requested, you agree that you will be taken to court for the original amount(including interest) plus 20% of the amount loaned.
- Interest is 4%. Depending on the amount being requested and will be added on a weekly base. (4% added per week to total sum)
- Need to ensure payment, if you cannot pay back the loan the court will liquidize your assets to make the payments.

Once the loan is approved, you will need to sign two contracts in order to receive the money:
First one:
(Your name here) a regular citizen of Argonath IV:MP, accept all conditions and rules set by the bank, and I accept to give back the loaned (amount) money in (set time limit), with interest rate of 4% per week, If I fail to get the money
by (limit date), I understand that bank will use rule 1 and rule 3.This contract will be set in active use only after a bank manager signs on it.
Second one:
Is in game RP contract that will be taken as proof (screenshot) of you understanding and accepting the Rules and Conditions.
After the second contract is signed, money will be handed to the client.
