I was driving a new player with my taxi. He wasn't speaking and I was driving. Then, he told me to go to CJ's house, and I went there. I also told him to give me 100$. He gave me and he thought I stole him. Please unban me.. I didn't want to break the rules. I'm so sorry!

I'm the admin who banned you. He did indeed ask you to drive him to CJ's house when you two were in Los Santos, but instead of going there you drove around the whole map to gain more money and ontop of that you wrote "/send 11 $100" in the chat and he did that. Afterwards he told you that you stole his money and you didn't give it back. Which means you recived around $2800 of his money which is almost everything you spawn with.

Okay sorry. I accept I broke the rule. But I promise I will not scamm anymore. If I see a new player in game, I will not scamm him.. I will go where he says. If I do this again, I will accept every punishment.

What was the name of the new player you scammed?

I don't remember his name, but maybe I can remember him when I'll see him in game. He looked like the new players who tried the servers and maybe he will not join any more the game. However, I will send back the money.

I looked through the logs and the player you scammed is called StandDownRed. If you see this player in-game, send him the full amount of $2,421. If you have not done this by the 23rd July, I will remove the funds myself. If you spend the money, I will still take the funds, putting you into debt.
Make sure this doesn't happen again.
