Title: My banking account have been deleted??

Hi I have logged in ealier into the server and when I have logged in there was a message that said my Bank account has been deleted and when I typed /cash there was no wallet on me it just said store cash in briefcase and when I did so it said you must buy a briefcase in the bank and I don't know why this has happend and I am a legalized citizen I have a passport and a license so could any managers or admins help me with my problem.

All my money in my wallet is missing and all my cash in my banking acount has been moved to my hand?
