Title: Help with SAMP

http://google.com It's just called Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable
If you have 32bit you need x86, if you have 64 bit you need x64.
Also, try buying a new OS.. they will automatically install them.

open a new computer account , and whenever you want to play SAMP , join from that account .

Windows 7 has the worst issues ever, but it's not his Windows XP in this case, it's his pc that requires Windows 7.
