Hi,
I've got a problem with my PC.
Whenever I start my computer it loads until I get the choice in which user I want to log in(like everyone else) but after I've chosen my desired user it keeps loading on the "welcome"(for more than 30 mins).I have 3 users(The 2 Administrator rights one keeps loading for more than 30 mins and the other doesn't).Do you guys have any idea why? and how to resolve it.

Your HDD may be corrupted and lost some startup files, or your PC may be caught in a virus.

Try to hold F5 when your Windows is loading. It must appear a screen. You'll press "Windows Startup (or something like that)" and try to repair you computer. Hope it helps.

This might happen also, check your boot.

Running Administrator accounts for regular use is always highly inadvisable as it gives certain types of malware access to elevated permissions.
Assuming this is a malware problem and the solution posted by Sven_Clark doesn't work here is what you're going to need to do:
1. log into the standard user account and run a full system scan with your Anti-Virus, and remove whatever nastiness it finds.
2. Next you'll need to decide which of the Administrator accounts you want to keep for "Administrator Purposes". After logging into this account you'll need to clear all System Restore points then switch off System Restore (This is to prevent the Malware embedding itself in System Restore only to come back and haunt you later).
3. Next you'll need to convert the other Administrator account that you wish to use for regular use to a Standard User Account, I know this sounds stupid man, but you've really gotta stop using an Admin account for regular use.. its stupid and just plain dangerous.
4. Switch System Restore back on, log out of the Administrator Account.
