You were banned for valid reasons and administrators had valid reasons to believe you were ban evading. The fact is that your actions on the forums are what prolonged this process, not the ban evading.

I gave you very specific instructions not to make a new topic for 2 weeks, instead of following those instructions you made several topics. One of those topics was full of cursing and flaming towards myself and management, then I received a PM from you with foul language and words about my mother...

That's fine, I forgive you for that. Now you can wait your 2 weeks (starting right now), or you can stay banned. The choice is yours.
