Title: Attempted murder by John Mackson

Dear court, on the date of 30/07/14
I have been driving my bus with a passenger in order to show him our beatiful city. While i was at the bus stop , a biker handing a firearm weapon MP5 has attacked me and my passenger threating  to kill us if i wouldn't drive and give him my wallet.
The outlaw guy has pointed a gun over me for all the time till i was forced to give him my wallet with my 250$ inside. I have been also kicked more than once and hit on the head by him. He has attacked my passenger throwing him out of the bus in forcible manner and making him get hurt to the leg.
The biker continued following me on foot after i gave him my wallet and attempted to escape. He has start shooting on me and got me near a builiding in Downtown , he has kicked me multiple times. I have lost conscience and the criminal flee away thinking i was dead. Luckily a civilian has found me laying on the street wounded and bring me to the nearest hospital. I have got cures from medics and dismissed after some time with many bruises and wounds.
Name of the biker: John Mackson

My demands:
250$ reimbursement + 4000$ for the psychological damage and the damages he has done over my body in cruel way and the damages to the bus (Broken windows , damaged seats and the destroyed camera).
I also demand this criminal to be jailed in an high security prison for an amount of 1 year for his actions.

From the court desk: Mr Lion how would you like to proceed with this case, as the witness is banned and the defendant is nowhere to be found?

Dear Supreme Judge,

I would like to wait some more time , not more than 1 week and if the defendant doesn't show i would request at least the 250$ reimbursement took away from my wallet.

Feel free to close the case if the defendant doesn't show in the city.

As the defendant doesn't play or anything, I hereby dismiss this case.
