Command Mode
/buycase [amount]
/givecase [playerid]
/emptycase
/dropcase
/pickupcase
Usage
/buycase amount
Purchase a case for the price of $100. THe amount is the balance you wish to place in the case. In order to purchase a case you must place at least $1,000 intitally in the case. After purchase of course the funds within the case may fall bellow $1,000.
/givecase playerid
Give a case to another nearby player. The player cannot already have a case, as you can only care on at a time.
/emptycase
This command will drain the entire case funds into your hand. Use the dialog to add/take certain amounts (below). Upon emptying the case the case will be destroyed and cannot handle anymore transactions.
/dropcase
This command will drop the case where you stand in the gameworld. This means other players can pickup the case and the funds are unrecoverable.
/pickupcase
While standing on a case using this command will pickup a case into your inventory. If you already have a case, you cannot pick one up.
Dialog Mode
Economy 2.0 introduced interaction via either command and dialogs. Use /cash to access briefcases in dialog mode.
Buying a case
While at the bank using /cash. The option "Buy case" will be blue when you are able to buy a case, if you are not at the bank or already have a case this option will be red indicating it cannot be used.
Giving a case
You will only see this option if you already have a briefcase. This option will prompt you for an ID of whom to give the case to. This person must be nearby.
Placing cash in a case
You will only see this option if you already have a briefcase. This option will prompt you for an amount, this is the amount of cash you want to place in the briefcase. You must obviously have this cash in hand. There is no costs for adding or taking cash.
Taking cash from the case
You will only see this option if you already have a briefcase. This option will also prompt you for an amount, this is the amount of cash you want to take from the briefcase. There is no costs for adding or taking cash. If the funds in the case becomes 0 by taking the funds it will be destroyed and cannot be used for anymore transactions.
Emptying Case
You will only see this option if you already have a briefcase. This option will empty the full funds of the case into your hand. There is no costs for adding or taking cash. Upon emptying the case the case will be destroyed and cannot handle anymore transactions.
Purpose
The briefcase provides citizens with high volume transportation of currency and trading of the currency. It also enables citizens to covertly use the briefcase as a covert dead-drop allowing minimum-risk transaction between a buyer and dealer of intelligence of or other product. There will be an eventual cap on how much money can be traded between players using hand-transactions, thus requiring a briefcase to extend that transfer limit or using a bank transaction.
