The ban reason seems rather invalid, I haven't shot anyone, Nor have i been suspected for anything not RP related. All i know is that i was doing a kidnap, cops started shooting at us.. And two minutes later i am banned.
However.. whoever i harmed with trying to create criminal rp.. Sorry.

I would like to add since i can't reply on Ethan's unban request.
Just like James, It was the first time for me aswell to join their roleplay.
In the past couple of days I have barely been suspected. I've been RPing without any punishment at all.
It is also the first Ban for me, I've never even been temp banned.

I don't know exactly what happend as i was afking(gettin a snack/drink)
All i remember is that some shots were fired and someone got hit
By sniper fire.
After that i think i returned about 20-30 rounds of m4 towards the fbi rancher and ceased fire after that.
A couple of minutes later we got banned out of the sudden.

No chance you were AFK.
The cops were driving around some distance away not engaging at all, people started firing from the roof, presumably hitting someone which then made the cops shoot back.

So because 1 guy shots no one can be afk?
I swear that i was afk. untill we landed at the roof, i wasn't even suspected.
If i would've been shooting from the start,wouldn't i be suspected?

Too add, i don't know who started shooting.
All i'm saying is that /I/ never shot first,i only shot when we started too be fired upon from the ground.

Thats shooting without reason. Where is the RP in that? Wouldn't you agree that that would be exactly what you would do on a DM server?
Further, when you say you went for a snack/drink and came back to see shooting - you were not involved in the RP (if any) - yet you got involved in the shooting. That is also not allowed, it is just deathmatching.
From what I can see, the ban is well valid. Decision up to other managers or above...

I was afking in the helicopter, when i got back i was told to exit the heli on top of the roof.
And as far as i know, i never shot before cops started shooting.
So your "Rambo" explanation doesn't make sence, unless you got some valid proof of me doing that i'd like you to stop your accusations.
We all know Jones just banned Everyone involved, wouldn't supprise me if he didn't even look into Everyone specificaly. Don't take this the wrong way but you just banned Everyone where maybe only one or two broke the rules.

I am Well aware of the rules and as far as i know i didn't break any... But that aside, why do i have to relay on someone elses reputation to get unbanned. I'd rather have my own review as this is my first ban and besides this i have a clean punishment history!
