Post by: Anto on December 08, 2007, 05:35:36 pm
Ok, i have noticed that a lot of people maybe are getting a new laptop or computer for Christmas/Birthday/whatever else. this is for people to post the laptop they may be getting and people can post their opinion on the laptops/computers.   :)

My laptop for Christmas - Its a Dell Inspiron 6400

its a basic laptop its my first laptop and i dont know shit about computers so maybe this is a good start.

Processor : Intel®  Centrino®  Mobile Technology: up to Intel®  CoreTM  2 Duo Processor T7400 (2.16 GHz, 4 MB L2 cache, 667 MHz FSB & Intel®  Pro/Wireless 3945 (802.11a/b/g) network connection

Display: A wide range of 15.4-inch Wide screen displays with WXGA, WXGA TrueLifeTM , WXGA+ with TrueLifeTM resolution

Video Graphics: Intel®  Graphics Media Accelerator 950TM  integrated graphics with up to 224MB shared system memory

Memory: Up to 2GB of 667MHz DDR 2 SDRAM for excellent overall system performance

Optical drives: Your choice of CD-RW/DVD Combo drive or 8x DVD+/-RW2(supports double layer technology)

it runs on Windows Vista but my bro has the same laptop on Vista and i dont personally like Vista so i decided to go for the new XP version

The specs look lame but believe me, it pwns a HP DV9680 in several aspects.
And it's 15" with numpad, which is very rare.

And it's 15" with numpad, which is very rare.

That makes it harder to type, because the keyboard buttons have to be smaller.

NO! they are normal, the only diference to a 17" is that that between the key board and the end of the laptop theres only 2 mm.
I gave very importance to that due to GTA, how would I play GTA without a numpad?
