As there is now a new gamemode (RockStars 5.0) on samp.argonathrpg.com.
Passports can be obtained in-game, do /groupmembers cmb and attempt to contact anyone who is listed.

You need to be in the server for at-least seven days and will be required to take a see if you know enough.

Those who had passports from previous server version RockStars 4.1 can receive them again without testing so long as they can prove they did have one.

You can also contact an Admin or higher.

Licenses

There are several new kinds of licenses which can be purchased in City-hall.
Do /pricelist in cityhall for prices.
The new Licenses have different abilities attached.

This includes:
- Vehicle License (You get the ability to own 1 vehicle per Car License you own) *
- House License (Costs $10,000 - gives ability to own a house)
- Business License (Gives ability to own a business, second business, third business - price goes up every business you own)


* A drivers license is still needed in order to buy any vehicle.
You must visit Business and Selling and arrange a test with a driving school.

New regulations

Categories

When posting into the SA:MP City Hall and registering your organisation, you need to clarify that it meets the requirements and fits into category, the ones who manage to keep their organisation active and operating, will receive privileges which will be announced later on. Categories are the following:

  • Political offices/parties/plain politics
  • Government services
  • Newspapers/Media
  • Businesses which are not directly aimed on making money (Hobby clubs, voluntary work/organisations, public services etc.)
  • Declarations of legal ventures
  • Law firms
  • Police Department publications/li]
Requirements for a decent topic:

  • Should have a banner or a logo
  • The description of the organisation should be well written and understandabe for all
  • Must fit the categories of SA:MP City Hall
  • The topic should contain necessary contact information (phonenumbers, addresses etc.)
  • Should have a decent visual quality



  • In order to hold SA:MP City Hall in order and to grant easy access to the topics, all of the topic owners must fill in the following application, if they want to keep their topic up and running, topics older than six months will be automatically removed if not the owner requests them to be kept opened. After you've posted the application, the topic will be reviewed: (Post the applications below in this topic, you have 14 days to reply starting from 16/08/14)
