Greetings
I'm wondering if it is possible you play SAMP in a windowed mode, withour freezing when you 'leave' that window.
For example:
Screen1 (window 1): Firefox surfing (the Argo forum)
Screen 2 (window 2): playing SAMP (ofc Argonath)
Screen 3 (window 3): Thunderbird, checking mails
They are all in windowed mode
If you go from screen 1 to 3, no problem, they will still update, move, etc
BUT if you go from screen 2 to screen 1, Screen 2 will freeze) even when they are both near eachother), if screen 2 is 'non active'.
I have those things:
- W7, Intel Core i5
- 4 GiG RAM
- 64 bit
- 2 screens (LG W2253TQ and Samsung TV, I forgot the name)
- AMD radeon HD7800
- Using Ultramon
So the question is: can you window a screen of SAMP and keep it running on the background when it is not 'active'?
Thanks in advance.

Due to the way the game works, it might be a technical limitation that prevents this from being possible, as GTA generally will stop processing the game once minimized, and likely sees the window being out of focus as the same thing.
Keep in mind that GTA:SA for PC was never meant to support multiplayer natively, and its internal workings require it to constantly read from a SCM file that it can pause its processing of at any time and resume as needed. Even with newer mods memory hooking the game, this is still a design limit that likely cannot be avoided, even through "tricking" the game with SCM emulation.

Thx for the info. I was afraid it would be that answer :p
