Dear court, on the date of 19/8/2014
I accidently car-killed a Fireman, I was driving on the speed of 15-35km/h so I hitted him and he died [I think he had 1hp]. Anyway, I demanded an investigation and Officer Mark Lion did it for me... we went to a quite place and then we started I told him what happened and he asked me if there were any witnesses I told him FreezingDark he called him and Freezing said that he didn't saw it so I asked Mark if I can ask on the main chat who saw what happened, he told me sure. I asked on the mainchat who saw what happened and Kewlguy said that he saw what happened. Officer Mark called him to tell us what did he see and then Kewl came, Kewl was trolling a bit. Then, told him that it was an accident and that I am inoccent... Mark asked him why I am inoccent.. hurt Yahia then Kewl became serious and told him "fine" then Mark ignored him and went back to me telling me "You re going to jail" and then Kewl talked a bit and he ignored him then Mark jailed me.
My demands:
Punishing Officer Mark from being a cop for a while and the 1000$ he got from jailling me.

You should proof-read these things, and how did he get a whole K from jailing your arse?

P.S: You get 1000$ [A whole K as you call it] when you jail somebody.

The only reason that leaded to jail was the lack of proofs you had on your side. I have asked witnesses confirm for a reason , one of them told me he didn't see the crime and second one tried to joke me. I personally judge that behavior out of law during an official investigation.
I have warned your second witness to get serious but instead he didn't tell me what happened really and so i had to react at that.
I have warned you that without a solid proof , the only way , sadly , is the cell. Your witness had to be more serious with me instead of troll.

About your crime , i judge it valid because you have killed a fellow member of fire team , during investigation you have told me also that you weren't where i picked you at all , somewhere near.
However you managed to kill him somehow , and it's a life lost , a crime. You should pay more attention when you move with the firetruck.
This is my sincer thinking on what happened , if you had a valid proof shown i could have let you go.
I do not ask anything against, just the closing of this embarassing case.

Hello, I was a witness of this and would like to say, As an Fellow LCPD Officer, a suspect with lack of evidence is up to the officers choice to either jail or unsuspect. On Yahia's Point of view I see why he made this, But on Marks Side, I believe That What he did was right.

From the story he told me , he was guilty. When you make manovres with big vehicles such as firetruck , always pay attention , that's what all reccomend
If you would take it serious and witness his crime in a correct way instead of joke and troll , i could have drop the charges.

I gave Kewl a warning to be serious and instead he joked again , so i did what was right in that moment. And he didn't turn serious at all.
(I even warned in main chat to come seriously and not joking)
And please let's not drop to procedures knowledge , there is no need to act superior. You drove over a firefighter , murder , you didn't show me any solid proof that could free you from cell. So it became valid.
The innocence is shown by solid proofs and not only words.

To : Defendant and plaintiff: I have been reading this case and I don't get it why you people argue about something like a carkill. I had a silence witness who wishes to be anonymous, the witnesses stated this accident happend while a firetruck was reversing without looking back. Operating a heavy vehicle such as a firetruck needs carefulness when reversing. And it didn't happend near where the plaintiff was being investigated at.

Mr Yahia, a murder is still murder, and as you didn't have any witnesses to asure your innocence I don't see why you shouldn't been jailed in the first place.

My main reason of sueing Mr.Mark is the ignorance he behaved to Mr.Kewl when Kewl was talking and he left him and jailed me.

I prefer you to review your words before you put them out. The ignorant had to talk with someone who just wanted to troll instead of behave in serious way.
Kewl was there when i've put you in jail (He even got on duty for a sec). So i don't think i have hidden you.

I wasn't trolling at all, Kewl was the one. Also, if you have waited a bit more you would have heard what happened from Kewl. And am grown up, please dont write such things like that agian.

It's not me in wrong if you couldn't show me a solid proof and it's not my fault if your witness trolled.
All what i have to say is to show me a valid proof , you got even an anonymous reporting the bad manovre you did over the poor firefighter.
