Title: [Denied]A not so interesting appeal
Post by: brian1996 on September 03, 2014, 12:36:47 am
long story short; i was bugged in the server and had cop rights as a civillian, i decided to RP a undercover cop and got banned later on for script abusing.
I had no other choice but to play as a cop in the server so that's why i did it.

Even though the administration know that this glitch exists, you didn't let them be aware that you had cop rights as a civilian at the time. Therefore you were kindly asked why you were using such commands. Instead of merely explaining the situation you decided to be sarcastic towards the admin saying that you had "hacked" the script. This plainly resulted in a kick from the server for being a dickhead. On your return to the server shortly afterwards, your attitude was poor yet again much like what had initiated your previous bans. After insulting the administration and falsely suspecting the admin in question you were rightfully banned.

I've actually already spoken to you about this personally and only when I see some real interest and commitment to following the rules of the game will you then be unbanned. The only reason I unbanned you the last time was because I believed the issues were cleared and put to rest but it seems I was obviously wrong about that. Recently you haven't shown any sign of respect to the administration, especially that of Kessu. You must realise that the administration doesn't hold any grudge on you and that it is your own attitude and your own mistakes to why you are yet again banned.

A public announcement was sent ingame when i killed a player, it can't be more clear than that.
falsely suspecting the admin in question you were rightfully banned.
I suspected him showing him that i have no other option besides being a cop, as he is a admin he can simply uncrime himself.

It doesn't take much to send a quick private message to an admin alerting them of the situation. Instead though, you didn't bother to tell anyone about it which can obviously cause unnecessary confusion over the matter. You are well aware that civilians are not meant to be able to use cop commands, yet you just acted as if it was ok for you to start suspecting people and killing them. Falsely suspecting an admin is not the right way to show them you have access to such commands. There are better ways of handling the situation, like actually talking with the administration.

Do you understand what you did wrong (please do explain what you think you did wrong with your own words)?

How are you going to act in similar situation(s) in the future?

If you fail to answer the question stated and you continue to ban evade, you can expect your unban request to be denied.

If you fail to answer the question stated
Answering any question given by you will result in a instant denial anyway.

Broken ban system ain't my problem.

You won't be unbanned until you answer Kessu's questions.
Also, it doesn't matter if the ban system is working or not, you're well aware that you are banned from the server yet continue to purposely ban evade.

I can't see into the future.

I don't see any sign of remorse or shame from you for what you've done and are continuing to do. In fact, you implied that you'd react in exactly the same way again. You're right, you did use cop rights as a civilian, but such action doesn't usually result in a permanent ban. It's actually your attitude to administrators and actually your attitude in general to why it resulted in a ban. You're so far up your own arse that you fail to see what the problem is. Your deliberate ban evasion in addition to your shitty comments ingame before /q'ing to avoid embarrassment just proves that you are not ready to be unbanned yet. Come back when you've swallowed that pitiful pride of yours and ready to admit to being a complete prat.
