I write this special message in relation to where I am now, where I am going in life and to give inspiration to all on ArgonathRPG.

You all can achieve amazing things. You see the practices you do in Argonath give you tremendous opportunities for building and developing your inner self.

Here's where it all fits together.

Where else can you can so many people see you?
Where else can you communicate with over 30,000 people who will listen to your messages?

Unless you are Steve Jobs, or similar; many people think they cannot be like him. Here's the message to you - you are just like him. To every person that reads this message, know that your mind has more power than you can imagine, like a muscle it gets better over time, if you use it.

What is the difference between a person like Steve Jobs and you? The main difference is, he at a young age decided on a few choices, in making those choices, he ended up where he did. In making our own choices, whether to do something, whether you feel like it or not, we decide our own future.

People say that people are lucky. I'm here to let you know, luck is created not by chance but by positioning. Think of a photographer. The photographer will never get anywhere if he misses their shot. It's only by adapting their skill and their ability that they take a perfect shot of a humming bird in flight. With practice, determination and persistence. Anyone can take a photo, you all have the ability on your phones. But how many try to do a humming bird in flight?

First you start off slow, you see if you can spot one. You take the next step which is getting close. You observe and see how they fly, with practice you have the ability that you did not know you possessed.

By reading this message right now, many people will understand what I am saying. But they will not think that it applies to them. People think, well I can get the image on some website, why take the photograph? Well what if I told you, once you get good at photography, once people know how good you are at it. When they get to 'see' you perform, more doors will open for you than you ever imagined. It's by sharing your talents to the world that the world changes its position and makes you a different person.

I'm using photography as an example that everyone can relate to. Some people are great at speaking, some are great at facts; others are great at business, programming, support work. It's not what do you that makes the difference, its how you do it.

This year is a great year. It's a year where we have less violence in the world than ever before existed. (Reference: Steven Pinker - The better angels of our nature). This decade, we have more opportunities than ever before existed for human beings world wide. (Ref: The millionaire next door - Thomas J Stanley).

Many people wonder what it happening with me. I write to say that ArgonathRPG has done so much for me, since 2009; the things I have learn't and the opportunities I have been given, purely by people seeing what I can do, is indescribable. I will however break it down for the people who look at me as a role model. Some never got the full story, some got half a story if they spoke to me directly, and others had to go by proxy, if they did not directly talk to me.

Decide what you need to get out of your life. Decide on what you value and make sure you add value to your life in anyway that you can. ArgonathRPG for me has been about giving to others, about providing a safe and humble community in a way that benefits all. I have had great pride in training, moderators, administrators, property admins, managers and leaders from every aspect of the community. Everyone I have seen in the administration has great talents and they show them to me over time, with little steps along the way. Everyone who wants to be in the administration, with enough determination, trust, honesty and persistence can be who they want to be. It's great to see that over the years ArgonathRPG has remained true to the core it has always been. Its with people like you that it remains the strong, passionate and caring community that it is. And it makes me very proud to see it.

We all come from different areas of life, different times of life all with different views of the world. Everyone here has inside them a special purpose, its up to you to show it to the world. Only then will you embrace yourself and get your confidence spiralling upwards an onwards on your unique future.

Why am I writing this message? Well if you haven't already guessed it, I felt it needed writing. I have always said to people, my PM is always open. Its unfortunate that I do not have as much free time as I used to. I'm limited to Sunday's and at best they are taken up with my personal private study program. But here's the trick, without Argo, I could not have seen my abilities. Use yours, see if they work for you. If not, re-roleplay, retune, detune, fix, try again. Remember the photographer? Are you there yet? Do you see your roleplaying as influencing you in life?

I met a person on ArgonathRPG, who if they read this will know who I am on about. They developed their English so fast, that their english teacher believed he was cheating. Over a small period of time (3 months) the person had learnt that much English that it was like he had lived there. That's only one of the small changes ArgonathRPG provides. ArgonathRPG accepts anyone, of any age, any race, any background. Only by being in it can you see how people get along.

So my message to you is - keep your heads down, keep pushing for what you want. Make a commitment to someone that you will do something. Without the Camera, no hummingbird might have been found. Without ArgonathRPG, no one here would know me. I wouldn't have had the chance to improve my skills and talents.

Every time you see or think of a humming bird, remember the valuable lesson I distil in this message. 'With practice and persistence, you can do anything you can dream of'.

Peace may be a choice but is not something that exists in excess in our world. In every country lives people are homeless and starving, children live on the streets or in unsafe conditions, and crime rates are all over the place, sure lower than decades ago but that's caused by increase police technology, not a decrease in the urge of crime. There are still countries with towns that do not have power, people drink and go to the bathroom in the same river. Do you consider this peace? Do you consider that a willing choice?

Dreams are good to follow, but we all have different dreams. Those in some of the conditions I mentioned dream of nothing more but a stable roof over their heads. Some of us dream of luxuries, riches, and sexy companions. The message should include the motivation of your dream or goal. Be humble. Got some extra money? Save it or donate it to those in need. If you are motivated, and the source of this motivation is positive then go for it and keep on that path to what makes you happy.

Everything you said was true, it's amazing the amount of skills you can gain from something as small as an online hobby or your participation in a community such as Argonath. You're an indescribable leader, and the passion you have to help others shows tremendous maturity and leadership. I was fortunate to become really good friends with you both in Argonath and outside of the Argonath community and you have taught me a lot about becoming a better person and time managing yourself and setting your goals first and for most. I will always respect you both as a leader and a friend, and I want to personally wish you good luck with whatever it is you embark on in life as I am certain you will excel at it. You were a fantastic admin, probably one of the best I've seen on Argonath. You leave a good example for this community, a good example for the administration team and a good example for a human in general. I wish there were more people like you, Dell.

Dell did an excellent job being part of the administration team. He brought a pleasant atmosphere to the community, responded on reports on time and actually admitted his mistakes - which is very rare around here.

Yeah, he wasn't around a lot after the release of RS5, but I can actually understand that. He's not the only administrator who stopped playing SA:MP in RS5; reasons are clear.
In fact, I do not understand your hostile response on his leaving.

Dell, your leaving will be another loss for Argonath. All I can do is wish you good luck in your future endeavors.

Quite funny that you mentioned the english part, because that is exactly what happened with me, my language skills improved alot thanks to Argonath, I've learnt alot from so many people here and it's awesome to know that today I can call them friends.

Even though you were not the most active administrative member, you always tried to do your best for the servers, helping and guiding others while having fun from it, you have made a long way here and it is great to see that you look at it with joy.
