Kim Jong-Un, the North Korean dictator, has become so fat while in office that his ankles have fractured under his own weight, it was reported on Tuesday.

I feel sorry for him.. he decided to try an exercise to get healthy only to end up breaking his ankles on the first jumping jack. :(

If people do become overweight they can still suffer from malnutrition.
Obesity / being over weight ≠ being nourished.

Malnutrition can lead to obesity as the body is inclined to store fats thinking there is starvation.
