The title is the issue I have. How do I get rid of this? It has been here for 6 months+, its about time to take this off. :lol:

If you press start, and type in the issue you are experiencing, you should see that function (on screen keyboard). Click on that and see if it is auto enabled, or auto enabled somewhere, that's the only issue I can find here that you somehow made it start on startup.

All it does is pops it back onto my screen, does not give me an option to do anything else.

Check your OS'es accessibility settings. It is a Windows-bundled application called the "On-Screen Keyboard" that can be enabled for handicapped computer users. It has existed since at least the Windows 9x days.
