Phalanx Corporation is a professional group of businessmen and employees who work together for a common goal: Growth. While at first sight it might be a simple question of earning money, we here at Phalanx have another vision: Working together in a friendly and supportive environment in order to create innovative business ideas and build upon them, being the end results profit, accumulation of experience and contacts (crucial to the corporative world) and satisfaction of customers. If you are either an experienced person looking for partners or a newcomer to Liberty City, it does not matter: as long as you are interested in what we propose, willing to make it work while following all the rules, and learn, you are welcome.
The Corporation takes inspiration for it's name in the Greek Phalanx strategy, where spears and shields working together made an impenetrable defensive wall, being organized cooperation fundamental to it's success. Phalanx's graphic design also takes inspiration in beehives, where the use of hexagons packed together is the most efficient way to construct the strongest of structures.
In a world where globalization gets stronger each day, enterprises make geographic borders less and less important, making working somewhere and belonging somewhere even closer notions. Joining Phalanx isn't just racking up advantages (there are really good ones!) or just being a member of an organization: Your opinion matters, and you can shape your workplace by suggesting ideas and voting proposals, like creating a whole new department over your own specialty. Not only we offer you a chance of progressing through the hierarchy, but being promoted to leadership positions entitles you to hire assistants and vote on board meetings.
There are only three fundamental things that we ask of you, which make the core of our rules: Proactivity, Professionalism and a Partnership spirit. Always remember our motto: "Working together, Growing together ".

While the Corporation starts with a small employee roster, increasing numbers equal increasing advantages with the establishment of new departments. Here is what we are currently striving for in the future:
- Belonging to Phalanx will grant you full and discounted coverage from our departments. For instance, if you find yourself with problems in the court hall, our team of lawyers can offer you support at reduced costs, while using one of our associated businesses entitles you to smaller prices!
- A business partnership program involving the Corporation and outside businesses for mutual gains, where employees will also have benefits.
- Progressing through the Hierarchy to leadership entitles you to hire assistants among our employees to your department, as well as a board voting quota at top positions.
- A future share hold system will allow the purchase of Corporative shares, where the profit from the group can either be passed on to the share holders as dividends or reinvested into the enterprise, and the fluctuation of the Corporation's equity change the share prices to higher or lower, allowing profits by selling of shares.
- A house-owning program for corporate employees, where upon signing a contract you will receive funds during your participation in the Corporation to purchase yourself a small apartment to settle in, until you have enough funds to pay for it or a better home. Small bureaucracy and devaluation taxes applicable at the end of the contract.

In order to join our Corporation, you must fill in an application form that will be reviewed by the Executive Administration. Copy it, fill in the spaces, and reply.
Remember that we have rules & conditions that need to be followed during your time at our Corporation:
- Follow the server rules: All of us need to follow them independent of position.
- Be Professional: Be respectful, not only in the server rules sense. When you join us, you are also representing your organization. Remember to also use formal English as much as possible (exceptions are in informal situations, then it's alright to speak freely ;) )
- Have a Partnership spirit: You are not working alone, feel free to take your co-workers out for a good time when not working, propose ideas/events and work together.
- Be Proactive: If you think things aren't going forward, then you aren't doing your job: Propose ideas! Do something innovative! Get together with your fellow associates and work something out, or have a good time! Or even get someone to join us, and make it a better place to work on!
- Respect the Hierarchy: One of your obligations is to follow orders from your superiors. This rule is only void if the order breaks one of the other rules.
