It was a joke that was misunderstood in the eyes of [Rstar]Cyril. I was mocking a player from one of the most famous and funniest Argonath quotes. It had nothing to do with Pancake's comment.

You feel "fuke u admin u r all liers" is a joke just like the gulucan story of "artuus farkos".
Back in RS4 I was also punished for saying the line in your signature in-game by Pancher to be honest.
It's all a joke until a player believes that sort of behaviour is acceptable within the server, that's the problem.
As Cyril has already set the review date, I have no reason to over-rule his judgement.
All I can ask you to do is PM Cyril over the forum and I will ensure it is not ignored.

I appreciate the way you are handling this request. And I do have sympathy for your punishment, I believe it is not fair. I'm now thinking of my actions in the perspective that you provided and I agree that if I say that stuff on /p it will automatically give new players and other's the idea that it is acceptable.
The least I can do is apologise to the HQ for my joke. I can make sure not to repeat it again.

My decision still stands.
In RS5 we have adopted a stricter approach for people who are constantly misbehaving and have a long punishment history (multiple bans, etc).
You should start thinking what is your goal on the server.
Let's hope on 1st February 2015 you will be able to come here and tell us how you have changed and what impact it will have on your attitude.
