June sometime, like 3-4 months ago.
Additional notes:
I was flying a shamal, and tried to DM people at LSPD, by exploding it. I failed, and got banned for attempt to mass-dm. I'm sorry for doing it, this was 3-4 months ago, and I know I shouldn't do it again.

It's concerning to see your past as you've did this multiple times. Therefore, if you were to be unbanned, can we take you on your word that you will never do it again?

Well, I did it once, got Tbanned 1 hour, then some weeks later, I did it again, got banned(this ban), yes I will not do it again.

Then by your history you should understand that if it happens again, it's unlikely you'd be given another chance.
