Title: [FIX] Missing health bars while playing SA:MP

Missing healthbars while playing SA:MP has apparently become a common problem with multiple people having the issue.
Thereby I have posted this topic, as it includes the fix for it.

The newest (as of 7/11/2014) SA:MP client update 0.3z R2, which is optional, was released on 2nd November 2014. Changelog claims to have fixed the issue on Intel graphics chips, where the health bars were not visible.

A lot of people with laptops face this problem, me in particular because of the Intel graphics. I know there is a fix for it which just involves downloading a few files, but this is great to know a fix has been officially released  :)
