Howdy, it has come to my attention that the IV:MP Argonath Server is having some Role Play and rule-breaking problems.
This being that suspects can do what ever they want. And don't tell me about "You can't force Role-Play" has it doesn't have nothing to do with it. For example it already happened to me a couple times, both I and the suspect role-play me cuffing them, reading miranda rights, etc.. and then they just run away and do the excuse of "I didn't /gu xD". What's this sh*t ??
It looks like IV:MP Argonath's players doesn't give a single f*ck about role-play. Another example is that suspects get in a police crusier and then just leave and get in another person's vehile and go away (Even after cuffed) and they keep on saying "I didn't /gu :P". This has to come to an END!, this makes no sence at all. Rules should be created to stop this kind of behaviour.
Not just criminals officers too, an example stealing other people's suspects. This should be counted as script abuse. The bad side of this is that ARPD Officers cant be reported at the arpd.argonathrpg.com forums so they can do whatever they want.
NEW Rules should be made and enforced, why? Well the server's actual behaviour is why people rulebreak every where.
As Aragorn said, Role-Play should never be forced, but if you are not here to Role-Play this is not your place.
If you go and compare the IV:MP server to other Argonath Server the amount of cop-baiting/rulebreaking is 10 times more frequent
I think that the administration should take care of the rulebreakers a bit more harshly.
Please discuss and don't start any kind of stupid discussion.

First of all, please watch your language. You may be upset, but be sure to have respect at all time.
Well, I have to agree with you on the points that suspects often "do whatever they want", and that cops are stealing suspects sometimes. However, I've never saw a LCPD officer doing this.
Besides that, stealing suspects isn't allowed, and if you report them, the administration team will take care of it.
I also want to tell you, that you actually can report ranked ARPD Officers. You can report LCPD Officers here: http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?board=163.0

The why I said ARPD Officers (ARPD Officer = FreeCop)

Important notice: Only LCPD Cadet and above can have a complaint opened against him. ARPD officers can not be reported!

Alright, we've had a misunderstanding about "ARPD Officers", I know what you mean now.
You can report them just like any other player using /report. ARPD Officers can get "copbanned" for abusing their job.

People don't come to Liberty City to roleplay mate, they come to earn money.

I've this situation too. When suspects say they want rights, tell them to give up (/gu) first. If they dont, warn them twice or so. Here, two things can happen:
a) Suspect actually gives up with the /gu command and you can read the miranda rights and such.
b) Suspect still does not give up after more than three warnings which means you may shoot the suspect now.
Whatever you do, don't let them not give up. Otherwise, you must go with choice b.

I tell everyone the same thing, I went on with Nexxt once, said "f**k" in the main chat, and a administrator was like "this aint samp you know" that was a no no right away, then the second thing was when I was doing a traffic stop, me and nexxt pulled a dude over, go out, walked to the car etc, roleplay was going well, next thing a guy comes speeding at us and runs us both over, then 3 seconds later a dude comes from the other side and smashes from the front, from that day I noped out of IV:MP I wish to join in the future, but just I dont have a great experience there myself.

From my side , I have never encountered such unresponsiveness and unprofessionalism from other cops as you are describing , But you do know that you can report them right away , Its not a problem.. Admins will take care of them.

No idea why the SA:MP administration is here and writing about their players, this is still IV:MP and not SA:MP. And don't make these topics. Topic locked!
