To be honest, I am unsure why I am banned, and I cannot access the panel for some reason. If someone would give me a reason of my ban I would gladly fill out a proper unban request. I would love to come back, seeing one of my close friends has came back to Argonath, and really wanted me to be a part of it.

Before we go into the investigation process, I would like you to say what you recall of that episode in which you have been banned and whether you have something to say in regard.

Oh, I see. I guess its the so-called polemod you are talking about, concidering it says map mod, and "Ben/Ban_Samiir". Concidering the fact that I have been banned for using the pole mod earlier, I wouldn't be that stupid to actually use it again, especially when I knew admins would be watching me. The day I got banned, I was just driving around and suddenly got disconnected, I did not see any ban reason. If Bass would be able to explain the ban, and the investigation he performed before banning me I would really appreciate that. It would be utterly stupid of me using the pole mod.

Jack, this kind of ban reasons come after an act done with consciousness. You were, indeed, aware that the use of those modifications was not permitted, yet you did it. If we will concede you one more chance, how can we be sure you will observe all rules and won't commit any similar mistake? In addition, I would wish you to say what's your relation with an account named 'Rolf_Andre'.

Well, to be honest I havn't used the pole mod on Argonath for a loooooong time, back in RS4 at least. But yes, I have used it earlier. The account "Rolf_Andre" is most likely an account I used to logged in with, and ban evaded with. I couldn't even remember the account though.

In addition, you have evaded a ban despite you were aware to be banned on your main account. What led you to do so instead of opening an unban request? We want our community to be populated by players who can recognize their faults, not to bypass a restriction by creating a new account to ban evade with. What are your plans if you will be granted access back to the server? Note that what you say is taken in consideration and any attitude opposite to what you say now might be cause of a future permanent ban. Make sure you really wish to return playing by the rules.

What I am trying to say is at the time I got banned, I did not use the mod. I've been banned for it before, and then I stopped. Why I didn't make an unban request is simple, I didn't have time to play GTA active, or make an unban request due to job and school in real life. My plan for coming back is at least starting a good RP character, either its criminal or police, I will find out when, and if I get back ingame and check out the different situations I encounter. From there, I will decide how and who I will RP. I am not planning to rulebreak, of course. And I know what I say now, might make me permanently banned later if I do not follow what I just said.

I wish you to understand that bypassing a restriction is not a reasonable thing to do, despite you have no time to open an unban request. I hope you will no longer be in this board, yet if it will happen, you have to consider that your chances to be unbanned after a ban evasion will be reduced. Considering what you have said an apology for what you have done and after seeing you are fully aware about the consequences of possible future rulebreaks, I wish you a nice stay in the server.
