Title: Russia considering breaking diplomatic relations with Lithuania
Post by: Huntsman on November 21, 2014, 05:23:25 pm
On Friday, Russian State Duma's Communists suggested to make a statement on sanctions and perhaps break off diplomatic relations with Lithuania, following Lithuanian President Dalia GrybauskaitÄ—'s statements earlier where she called Russia a terrorist state.
"In connection with yesterday's unacceptable statement of the president of Lithuania, I propose that the committee for international affairs should prepare a statement and maybe a resolution to impose sanctions against Lithuania and maybe even cut off diplomatic relations," Duma member Nikolay Kolomeitsev of the Communist Party said, as reported by TASS.
As reported, on Thursday President GrybauskaitÄ— called Russia a terrorist state and warned that if aggression in Ukraine is not stopped it might spread further.

Who aren't Russia considering breaking relations with?

Lol. They won't do it anyways. Breaking diplomatic relations will mean that Russian companies will no longer be able to use Lithuanian roads to transport cargo to Karaliaučius (Kaliningrad)
