Why should we bother unbanning you if shit just happens?
What if shit happens to you and you get denied for a long time? What if I told you that kind of decision couldn't be reversed either?
Your effort in getting unbanned is just plain pathetic and your attitude is still exactly the same as it was when you got banned, if not even worse.

My attitude has never changed, it was always the same and it still is.
My problem ain't the administrators or the rules or however you want to call it, this is more clan related/personal issues towards you. And it's your way of acting out towards me (wether i'm rulebreaking or not) which quite frankly just pisses me off. It's only our difficulties that gets me here.

So you think turning the blame on others will fix issues? First take a good look at yourself. This has nothing to do with Kessu or anyone else in particular. This is about you and your attitude. You're right, you haven't changed which is exactly why you're still banned after numerous chances being given in the past.

No. All of your bans (excluding the =EAF=, which was resolved with Klaus already) have been very much valid, the fact that you fail to see that is the problem.
You're not taking responsibility of your actions, which again reflects on your immaturity along with the shitty comments you've been making while ban evading and quitting before you could be punished.

1) Unban request made with the purpose of provoking an administrator, including the fact that you also did this multiple times ingame (don't tell me you're not trying to provoke with that)

2) Ignorance of the most basic of rules, just because you can do something doesn't mean it's allowed. Do you expect not to be banned from using hacks because there isn't an anti-cheat system?

Now to the situation where I issued the ban on you.
I was on keeping an eye on the server, casually watching over players. You apparently spawned as a civilian with cop rights and you even killed a suspect with those rights, probably them thinking that you were a civ and not a cop.
When you suspected someone, I questioned you as to how and why are you using cop commands as a civilian to which your answer was "I hacked the script". This again is already a bannable offense, but I decided to try and get the truth out of you, which you refused to give (script bug is the reason, in specific the script not resetting the data left on a single ID on player crash, thus giving civs cop rights), instead you gave me an attitude and after kicked, you came back and suspected me for "take this on" or something similar, again as a civilian, which is when I banned you for using cop commands as a civilian through a bug in the script.
That includes, but is not limited to your DDoS threaths against the server (which you claim were a joke) and DDoS threaths against me (which apparently was no joke) and just your overall shitty attitude ingame, drive-bying people just because they're there, shooting/killing people and /q immediatly afterwards, ban evading with provocative names (UnbanOrDdos being the best, along with FinlandOnPeriod).
All the reasons stated above are bannable offenses, especially when repeated multiple times. Added in the fact that you have absolutely no remorse of what you've done in the server.

Yes, this was pure trolling and I have explained this in the private TS convo (or atleast I think I did).

Yes at this stage I didn't want to communicate with you and that's why i deliberately avoided posting on it since I knew it would result in a denial if I did.

First of all, I was unaware that I even had access to cop commands. The guy I killed was not a suspect but a civillian who I killed for damaging my property. It was then that I realised I had cop commands and as a public announcement was sent ingame I thought the others were aware of it.
To the point where you asked that question, the reason why I answered with "hacking the script" was because it's a common bug in the server which the majority of the players are aware of and partly because you TPed me out of my vehicle before asking questions (which I thought was a wrong action and basically agitated me) instead of doing the latter first.
When I rejoined the server I suspected you with "check this out" or something similair to show you that I had no other choice than to play as a civ dressed cop. My intentions were ment to be good since I know you can just uncrime yourself. It was not ment to be provocative. I didn't expect this to be the result and I probably should have just posted in the chat instead. I see that that was a mistake.

In the future, do not look at the admin questioning you, just answer truthfully and without any unnecessarily sarcastic comments.
Even if one bug is known in the script, there could also be another bug with the same end result, which is why I asked you the question.
As for why I teleported you before questioning, it's because when I question someone (ab)using scripts, I bring them to me to avoid them possibly causing any more harm, which is correct procedure. Another way to solve it is to kill you, I figured bringing you 100 meters back would be better.
Just as a clarification, if you spawn as a civilian and you have cop commands, /kill and respawning should solve the bug, Nylez has also solved it by doing a /q and just rejoining. 100% sure way is to respawn as a cop, suicide and spawn as a civilian, that resets the cop data from your ID.
Incase of your mood swings, you just have to learn to control them. If you notice you lose your nerve, go grab a drink and watch TV until you calm down if necessary.
I did not ban you over a personal issue, I banned you simply because your reaction to whatever I did was completely off the charts and totally not acceptable, along with the fact that you broke server rules severely.

After talking it through with Klaus, we've decided to give you another chance. Don't muck it up by throwing around ddos jokes or what have you. Also try to remember that admins are there to help players, not to f**k them up. Please do treat them with respect, no matter the personal relationship.
