Hi!
As said in a previous topic, we were discussing a new way for players to report other players and staff members without using the famous [email protected] mail.
With the cooperation of our webmaster Traser, we put in place a simple form (like the unban request one) that once completed will be sent directly to the HQ boards and will be visible by every SA:MP Managers+.
There, we will be able to discuss the matter that was reported and find a solution.
We are free to inform you about the result of the report or not.
Incomplete/incorrectly made reports will be discarded.
The link to fill up this new form is available as a Child Board of "SA:MP - San Andreas Multiplayer", next to SA:MP Unban request one.
It's simply called "Report a player or staff member": http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?board=203.0
Direct link: http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?action=form;n=8
If you have any suggestion on what improvement we can make, feel free to shout it out!
[email protected] will still be used so if someone is unable to log in on the forum for any reason then they can still email us.

Took some time but it's finished! :)

Really nice feature, I think this would make the reporting a player/staff member way more easier then the previous one. Good job :app:

I dig it as a step in the right direction, but are submitted reports going to be trackable, or are high staff going to at least message people as to whether their report was accepted or rejected and why? If not, it's about as much of a black box as [email protected].

Neat then, my bad for missing that; well done SA:MP. :bananarock:

Admit it ... that's not what you really had in mind. ;)
Anyway I good step indeed, though I am pretty sure the valid reports should get a response, even one as simple as:
Hello I "Kostas" will be handling your report. I shall contact you if I have any further questions
P.S. Please do not reply to this message unless you have something to add to your report.
A black box is what we already had. Guess we can access that black box faster now....

No as not everyone had access to the mail, managers and up can now look into it and look it up allot faster.

Good job :bananarock:

Just want to clear up that [email protected] will still be used so if someone is unable to log in on the forum for any reason then they can still email us.
In this way, it will be faster and easier to see new reports and not having constant spam about viagra deals (yes, HQ got permanent boners from all those deals).

It wouldn't hurt to give a quick reply to someone regarding the status of a report.

Excellent idea, thanks for listening us.
(yes, HQ got permanent boners from all those deals).
Same here, I win lotery daily too.

A step in the right direction.
