Jnk.im/bugs for this. CBF hasn't done any major scripting in RS5, afaik but he has to be creditrd for it nevertheless.

This bug should be fixed according to latest server update changelog. If it is not fixed, post a bug report in RS5 Bug Reports section (direct link http://jnk.im/bugs (http://jnk.im/bugs)).

Celeborn (aka CBFasi) is a scripter, but that does not mean he worked on the properties script or knows how that specific script works.
