Hey guys,
So I was thinking today and thought: maybe the EMP should be brought back to the VCPD chopper? In my opinion, the VCPD Choppers were much more useful when that was around (Yes, they're useful now too by keeping the heat up, I know). I don't see how EMP was OP since it was kinda difficult to properly target it, not to mention the fact that the one that's being EMP'ed was receiving a notification of that.
Perhaps to limit the abuse a VCPD Sub-division called "Air Division" or something simular to that could be opened? This division would consist of people who'd have restricted rights to EMP's and would be able to use EMP's only when certain written regulations allow them to. Perhaps these people could also be the ones that would regulate the usage of Hunter?

Remember, we are in the 80's not the freaking future.

EMP will not be making a comeback. The idea behind such is good, but you cannot execute it good enough for it to be a script to be considered.
In english, it's highly unbalanced :D

Instead of EMP though, bringing back the nails or spikes would be a thing.
That way cops can actually set road traps instead of the disorganised crap I've seen for years.

Nails like /c nails will never make a comeback simply because of trolling, I was too good at it
Spiketrap however, should be implemented right now but it was dismissed because new players were abusing it, which isn't that big of a problem.
TL;DR
EMP - No
Nails - No
Spiketrap - Yes

Yeah, we really miss the spikestrip. I remember all the epic flat tires I managed to pull with the escaping bad guys back in the day :cowboy:

Spike strips would be great and the fact that they are visible is a definite plus!
EMP was a really cool piece of script, there's no denying that.
It's a shame that some people didn't know how to play with it.
