Title: "Server Browser" issue , commandline suggestion

Hi guys, due to a computer problem or whatever, My game has been removed due to format. So I've decided again to re-Install Gta IV and enjoy the server and it's gameplay with you guys, I cant enter any server, I've no idea why does that happen, here's what do i do when it crashes:

1- I launch the game and then it appears

2- Then I type on the 'Server Bowser'

3- When I type: 'Internet / Spuard' or whatever is the second option is, my game crashes, Can someone help me?

Additional :
Also you can download this cpile files (http://www.mediafire.com/download/218gdo4sgdhgan8/Client.rar) so you dont have to rewrite host from 9999 to 7173 on "Quick Connect feature" in the future.

*Extract and copy paste (Replace) them into your game folder > GrandTheftAuto > IVMP

I have an good commandline for you, Create an new .txt file named Commandline in your Main GTA IV folder and put this text in it:

-percentvidmem 100
