You are banned for ban evading. Maybe this list of your previous accounts used to ban evade will jog your memory.
Noticed you impersonating a staff member also, not a very smart thing to do. If you may do explain why you issued threats towards the server and why you thought ban evading would get you somewhere.

Hi, I banned you 8 times for Threatening/Crashing the server as well as Ban Evasion and Impersonation. I don't feel I need to explain as the reasons are pretty clear.

You should consider a few more English lessons so that we can be somewhat scared by your threats when you make them.
Since you can't seem to understand what banevasion entails, this is denied.
