deathmatching first for 15 minutes, and after this was gone, I reentered in the game (after 15 mins) and the admin banned me again for multiaccounting.

I was being banned for deathmatching (it was no deathmatch, my other Sullivan brothers can say it too, because we was in a kidnapping RP and we warned August (he was civilian at that moment, not an admin. he came as civilian) to leave, but he didn't so we shoot him near to death. After this , ok , he returned to ban us for deathmatching. Everything was ok , because it was just 15 minutes. 2 hours ago I was accepted in Sullivan and admin Bass changed my name from "Mathe_Cristian" to "Mathe_Sullivan", and in the SAMP login window (the one with server lists etc) it remained "Mathe_Cristian". After some minutes passed, I tried to log in to see if the ban was over, but it said "1 minute and 43 seconds until unban" . So , i waited 5 more minutes. So remember, when I entered to check , it told me that I am banned , but I didn't notice I was using the old name ( Mathe_Cristian ) , because I changed it only in game, at Los Santos City Hall (we can ask Bass) , and the server didn't let me log in , because I was still banned ( that means I was IP Banned, so I didn't use multi accounts). After this, I entered again , in that 5 minutes, and it worked. But with the same old name, and I spawned at the airport and didn't know why everything is gone(money, family cb radio chatbox, etc) , and just said in chat "omg" , and after 10 seconds August banned me again for "multiaccounting".

August might have been told to leave but when he went back to get a vehicle he was shot at to near death and his vehicle busted. He went back to the car-park to get a new vehicle where multiple people ran up to him telling him to leave pretty much screaming it at him. He tried the vehicles that were there but had no fuel so he ran off but was shot in the back.
Do you honestly think this is fair treatment of someone who could have been a new player with absolutely no knowledge of what was going on and maybe had a lack of understanding for the English language? I don't, you don't just kill someone because they didn't go away, you could have simply ignored and carried on with what you were doing. But no as usual you decide to shoot people a trait some people have adopted here.
As for multi-accounting, you did multi-account you registered a new account and joined the server then started bitching at how you got banned.

Sir, I am not complaining about the deathmatch 15 minutes ban, I am complaining about the "multiaccounting ban".
Let's just analyze the situation: I got 15 mins banned, right? If you look on the first post, it says that I used accidentally the old name (Bass changed in-game my name to "Mathe_Sullivan", from "Mathe_Cristian"). Yes, I accidentally forgot to change it on the SAMP Server list window when I got banned , because that was the first time I reconnected, after changing name in Los Santos City Hall. Bass can confirm the name changing.
I didn't know when 15 minutes were going to expire, and tried to enter the server, but it didn't allow me to login and the server said "1 minute and 43 seconds until unbanned.. etc" , so I didn't enter the server while I was banned! (note: how I said, I was using accidentally the "new account" : the old name - Mathe_Cristian , which didn't exist anymore in the server's database because Bass changed my name, so a new account was created and I spawned at LS Airport. But the ban was over already, and August didn't even bother about this and banned me for "multiple account for ban evading". What ban evading? What ban did I evaded? ..

I have indeed changed your name from Mathe_Cristian to Mathe_Sullivan.
Though when you re-entered the server with the name Mathe_Cristian again and even made a new account, that was quite a bad mistake.

I was so excited that the ban expired and wanted to go back to my family members, because just two hours ago I joined Sullivan Family, and didn't see that I'm creating a new account instead of logging in.
I'm very sorry for my mistake.

Use the two days before your unban to reflect on the way you conduct yourself within the server.

I am very sorry for deathmatching and I will not kill/shoot/aim at anyone from now without his consent (if he accepts to RP) . Also , I am very sorry for the confussion I made, thought SA:MP will automatically change my name after I change it in game. I figured out just after I got banned that the name-changing was the reason of "Mathe_Cristian" account no more existing, and all stuff being vanished. I will not use that "new" account, created accidentally (trying to log in) with the old name, that one used before Bass changed my name to "Mathe_Sullivan" . I realized that August_Marks did very good what he did, because this was the first impression, when someone logs in after being banned with another account (but the ban already expired).
I am now waiting to be unbanned, when you consider I'm worth being unbanned.

Why are you playing on your other account when you have not been unbanned? That account is now also banned.
If another manager unbanned him but forgot to update this topic, then feel free to lift the ban.

Sir. The "Mathe_Sullivan" (now Mathe_AbramsonT) account was UNBANNED , so sure I could play on it. After Rusty said here what he said with 3 posts above. And now , you banned it again for "ban evading, multi accounting". Yeah, maybe you banned the "Mathe_Cristian" account on which I WASN'T even playing, and banned the Mathe_AbramsonT account for multiaccounting. Why multiaccounting if this was the only one on which I was playing? The "Mathe_Cristian" misunderstanding was solved above..

I assure you that I got unbanned on that account. I think he forgot to post here or didn't consider it important, but I was unbanned because I could play on the server with the "Mathe_Sullivan" account, transformed yesterday in "Mathe_AbramsonT" account.

Far as I can remember I never did unban him on the review date, but a double check would need to be made on the panel. Fault on my part completely forgot about this

Sir, I understand that you didn't unban me, but then, someone did, because I played already on the server on 20 december (you said in the "review" : 21 december, but it was posted in 20 dec. ) until yesterday night, when I logged out, and today around noon I tryed to log in, but the account was banned.

Your routers IP obviously changed as no one did unban you. This is a mistake on my part for not doing it, must have been occupied with other thing's and just forgot.
I'll unban you now so you can get back playing.
