Would be cool to add a police command: /mr
What would this command do? When a police man types /mr
It will automatically start chatting a few lines instead of the player in local chat:
%s(%d) said: You have the right to remain silent at all time
---------------: Anything you do, or say can and will be used against you
---------------: You have the right to speak to an attorney before any questioning
---------------: If you don't have an attorney, the court will give you one
---------------: Do you understand each of these rights?
---------------: Understanding each of these rights, do you now wish to speak to the police without a lawyer being present?
Why should this be added?
First its a thing I always say when I arrest someone (rarely since they always think they are Rambo so it ends up in a bad way.
Second: It's almost like it was born to be used in a Role-Play. The more the complex the server is the more it will be known, only thing bad about it is that we will have people thinking they are Rambo more often.
P.S. To you that don't know what was %s and %d was for, it's a scripting command for Name and ID of the player that used it, it goes under the statement IF TYPED.

Unsupported
I dont think that this is could be Helpfull , also , its not Necessery !

Actually the Miranda rights are the following:
You have the right to remain in silent.
Anything you say can and will be used against you in the court of law.
You have the right to an attorney present during questionnaire. If you can not afford one will be appointed to you by the state.
Do you understand these rights I have read out to you?
But yea any ways supported.

They have been in SAMP for atleast three years, the fact is. They are of no actual use, many forget to use them, and no one reports them for that. It's nothing more than an automated message that everyone simply accepts.
Though I do admit that it looks formal, but that's as far as it goes.
-
Yes, however here in IV:MP it is mainly read out before an interrogation or after a warrant execution. (Should be for Officers+)
-
This could be abused too , Just spamming /mr /mr /mr ...
I mean its good but is it needed that much? You are with this just killing the RP more better keep it simpler

The why I said it should be for Officers+ (They are trained what situations to use it or not)

Actualy, the fact is, every state - PD - City - Country - What ever has different setup. In England they didnt have the right for the attorney at all for the first 10 years. Russia didnt even accept the attorney. US just spammed more and more lines
I've done study and found out that Washington, New York and Las Angeles have the biggest miranda setup while texas has the lowest

Those are the ones LCPD uses.

I don't know which one they would use, I only know which I put when I was scripting for servers like: <removed>.

Do not mention other servers.
And if to be added it will be the ones LCPD uses.
-
As a ranked LCPD Officer you have to tell suspects the miranda rights using /L. Also you could tell a suspect these rights using /L, no need to make a command for it.

Did 5-6 times, they replied me with "dont spam". Plus everyone knows that the more the complex the server it, the more players it will have. Just look at the first SA:MP server I was scripting (role-play), everyone knows it I am sure, now it has around 800 useres every day.... Over 1000 commands. 30minutes tutorial. No one actualy leaves it.... But if Argonath is satisfied with 29 users they they can leave it do be basic lvl 1.

Firstly, the client only supports 32 players, so don't think too high.
Second, our SA:MP is good as it is. Yes we used to have 200 players+ on. But that time is long gone, some of it because our players got old and now have their life to take care of, another fact being GTA San Andreas is falling behind towards other games.

Interesting theory, but Argonath SA:MP had more players back when the scripts were more simple. That was our style.
We are not like other servers, and should not try to be like other servers. We are what we are.
Those who do not like it are not forced to stay.
