Additional notes:
I tried to log in my game after a month or so and i find that my ip is banned. But when i try to log in from another ip it shows i have wrong password. Please can you enlighten me?

Turns out your current IP was used by a player that is currently banned in the past. There's nothing we can do to help with that.
And if you try login and it tells you you used the wrong password, then you used the wrong password. Simple.

Can you help reset my password?
If i send an email to [email protected], regarding this, i get a message failure notice everytime.
