My own i account is Jeffry_Soprano, i came back after a long time in this game and I had forgotten everything as Username, Password etc.I was not doing multiaccount I simply lazy to post on the forum to get the password back and it made me open the account Jancarlo_Soprano to speak with Managers to get my password back.My intention is not to multiaccount, I only want my old account Jeffry_Soprano back and its passowrd.I only want to get back on the server and play with my friends

Your several lies led me to ban you. I will shortly summarize what happened after Denis_Soprano contacted me:

[20:34:14] CMD -> Denis_Soprano (5) : /pm 21 he created new account.
[20:35:49] CMD -> Denis_Soprano (5) : /pm 21 He can't acces couse his passoword
I've responded to request a password renovation in forums. Some minutes passed and after a short conversation, in albanian, between Denis and you, what I have been told is:

And then, again:

I consider what you did a clear attempt to lie, with the intention to remain in your second account for pure lazyness to request a password renovation. Plus, despite I warned you that it could be classed as 'multi-accounting', you continued to play freely.
In the future, I would advise you to follow what the administration tells you in order to shorten the times for your issues to be fixed and to avoid being, again, in this section.

You have lied about your real identity when you were told you should have made a password renovation request. This is what took you here, in this section. Your main account has no money at the moment, hence I might assume you've created the second account just because you wanted a fresh restart with money. Provide all reasonable justifications to convince us you were not meaning to use a second account and why you did not contact me, nor any of us, as soon as you registered the account.

If i remember correct, my account had no money. I did not create Jiancarlo to gain $5k, and meanwhile lose seeds, containers, driving license, passport, etc. Mario promised me $10k when I'd join the game so I assume you that i did not create this account to gain cash or anything else.Denis told you that I'm not Jeffry because I told him to do so, and I really have no idea why I did that, but however, I am truly sorry.I wish to be back in game as soon as possible and continue playing with my friends without causing problems.

I would need you to state a reason, the one you can find to justify your act. In addition, I've found out that you had been banned for the same reason (use of multiple accounts). If we granted you back the access to the server, what makes us sure you will not attempt to create further accounts?

They ban with the same reason occurred about 6-7 months ago. This time I was not trying to multiaccount have told you earlier. I assure you that this will not happen to can i get unbanned please !?
