Try relogging might be the usual SA:MP ban glitch.  Account hasn't been banned and isn't caught up in any routeblocks.

BigDollah your brother I believe has been banned, thus why you cannot connect.  Never knew he was your brother so hadn't bothered to check it out thoroughly. He'll need to post a unban request so you can resume playing.

haha Yes, he is my brother :/ I dont know what he has done, but he did a unban request now.
