Title: ARPD/FBI forums

Hello,

After a short downtime for ARPD and an extended downtime for FBI forums, both forums are now restored and fully operational. For the FBI forums all rights have been revoked as a precaution. Those who require rights please contact myself (for Director rights) or your director for anything less.
